12/6 Breakfast of Champy-ions
This Nantucket Christmas Stroll weekend Jenny Johnson is teaming up with Proprietors Bar & Table and Nantucket BlACKbook to host “Breakfast of Champy-ions.” On Sunday, December 6th, 2015 from 11:00AM-1:00PM, Jenny will introduce Nantucket to Champy during this 1920’s inspired event featuring special brunch dishes from Executive Chef/Owner Michael LaScola, a raw bar and cocktails featuring Champy.
All morning long Jenny Johnson will be pouring glasses of Champy while guests wake up with delicious brunch dishes from Chef LaScola including: a short stack of smoked shrimp Johnny cakes; fried dough with champagne and apple jam; and Nantucket oyster chowder with fried biscuits. Simon Edwards will be on hand to serve up local Nantucket oysters and Jeff Henderson will be serving fresh shucked Nantucket Bay scallops and at the bar the expert staff will be pouring vintage-inspired, hand-crafted cocktail specials made with Champy.
